Privacy Policy Content Creation Guide
These Terms of Service are effective as of August 1, 2025, and govern the conditions and procedures for using the smartphone application–based farm management service “DirtCarrot” (hereinafter “Service”) operated by DirtCarrotLab (hereinafter “Company”), as well as the rights, duties, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.
These terms become effective upon being posted within the Service interface or on the Company’s website.
The Company may revise these terms for reasonable reasons and will notify users of any changes within the Service.
If a member does not agree to the revised terms, they may stop using the Service and request withdrawal.
Most of the premium features of the Service are offered through an annual paid membership.
The operation of the paid membership follows the policies of Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and payment, cancellation, and refund processes are handled according to those platform policies.
Paid members are also subject to all provisions of these terms and may face the same sanctions for violations.
The Company safely manages members’ personal information in accordance with the “Privacy Policy.”
Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the member’s consent.
Members may request to view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time, and the Company will promptly comply.
To operate the Service and for the convenience of members, the Company may provide various information via email or push notifications.
Members can choose whether to receive advertising and promotional information in their settings.
All content (images, software, designs, etc.) provided by the Company is copyrighted and owned by the Company.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display the content without the Company’s consent.
Copyright of all posts uploaded by members, such as photos and comments, belongs to the members, but the Company is granted a non-exclusive license to use them for service operation, promotion, and AI training purposes.
If a member violates these terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may restrict or suspend use without prior notice.
Even if service use is restricted or suspended, paid membership fees may not be refunded.
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, war, or system failures.
The Company is not directly liable for any damages arising from disputes between members or illegal posts.
AI feature analysis results are for reference only, and legal responsibility for actual farming outcomes lies with the members.
The interpretation of these terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes arising during Service use will be resolved through consultation; if consultation fails, the Seoul Central District Court will have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
These terms take effect on August 1, 2025.
These terms also apply to members who joined before the effective date.
