DirtCarrotLab (hereinafter “the Company”) hopes that the variety of information and opinions contained in your content will reach others and enrich all of our lives. Here, “content” means any symbols, text, voice, sound, images, photos, videos, links, or other materials or files that a user uploads to the service for others or for themselves.

Posting Restrictions

Posts expressing your diverse thoughts, experiences, or opinions will remain visible whenever possible so they can spread to other users. However, to ensure everyone can use the service safely, certain posts may be restricted. Please review and comply with the rules below.
Posts that violate applicable laws or infringe on others’ rights will be restricted only when such violations or infringements are confirmed by a court judgment or decision, or by an administrative order from a government agency with legal authority.

Ensuring Other Users’ Safety

Any post suspected of posing a direct threat to other users or to public safety will be restricted.

Posts that present factual, specific physical threats against an individual, posing a direct and serious danger to their life or bodily safety.
Posts that actively and specifically encourage or promote self-harm or suicide, posing a direct and serious danger to the individual’s life or bodily safety.
Posts that disclose or traffic in private personal information—such as someone’s identity details or private life—posing a direct and clear threat to their privacy and safety.
Posts that repeatedly cause fear, anxiety, or distress to someone, posing a direct and clear threat to their privacy and safety.
Posts that propose, arrange, solicit, or coerce sexual acts in exchange for money or other compensation, posing a direct and serious threat to the physical safety of the person or third parties.
Posts that glorify or support crime, criminals, or criminal organizations, thereby encouraging or condoning unlawful acts and creating a direct and serious threat to public safety.

Protecting Other Users’ Rights

Your rights are important—and so are the rights of others, including dignity, privacy, and copyright. Even if you freely express your experiences or opinions, any post confirmed by a court ruling or an administrative order to infringe another person’s honor, privacy, or copyright will be restricted.
Posts that defeat or bypass technical protection measures put in place by copyright holders, or that clearly fall outside the limited exceptions of applicable copyright law, will be restricted. Examples include:

Videos containing a broadcaster’s logo tied to programs that do not permit sharing.
Posts encouraging illegal copying or providing links to download paid images, broadcasts, videos, audio, comics, novels, or other paid content.
Posts distributing bugs, hacks, or other methods that circumvent technical protection measures.

If someone believes your published post infringes their honor, portrait rights, privacy, or copyright and requests its deletion or suspension, the Company will suspend the post. If you then submit an appeal showing the post does not infringe or that you have lawful rights, we will restore the post after a prescribed review period.

Respecting Other Users

Nude images or sexual content may be posted for literary or artistic expression, medical or health information, education, or satire. Because this is a publicly accessible space, however, posts containing explicit depictions of genitals, sexual acts, or abnormal sexual behavior that can cause severe discomfort or distorted perceptions of sexuality will be restricted:

Posts explicitly depicting or describing genitals, pubic hair, anus, female nipples, or sexual intercourse.
Posts that directly and specifically portray children or adolescents as sexual subjects.
Other sexually explicit or repulsive content that significantly violates general standards of decency.

Posts depicting inhumane or cruel acts—such as violence against people, bodily excretions, or animal abuse—in graphic detail that cause disgust, cruelty, or horror may be restricted:

Detailed descriptions of violence (killing, assault, threats, abuse) against socially vulnerable individuals (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, children) or figures like parents or teachers.
Graphic, realistic depictions of harming bodies or corpses with weapons or dangerous objects, evoking cruelty or disgust.
Graphic, realistic depictions of animal abuse, slaughter, or animal corpses that evoke cruelty or disgust.

While criticism between individuals or groups should generally be allowed to foster diverse opinions, posts that gravely undermine the credibility of online discourse or impede reasonable social communication may be restricted:

Impersonating journalists or media personnel to publish false, article-style posts.
Repeated use of excessive profanity or obscene language causing severe disgust or discomfort.
Hate speech that justifies, incites, or reinforces discrimination or violence against a group based on race, nationality, ethnicity, region, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, religion, occupation, disease, or other protected attributes.

Special Protection for Children and Adolescents

The Company places the highest priority on protecting children and adolescents online. We prohibit any act that objectifies or dehumanizes them physically or sexually. Please help us maintain a safe internet environment for minors. We will take strict action on any violation. Anyone can report offending posts. The following types of posts will be removed immediately, and the account may be suspended or terminated:

Posts photographing or sexually objectifying children or adolescents.
Posts combining everyday photos of minors with sexual images.
Posts appearing to be sexual harassment targeting minors.
Posts creating, distributing, advertising, or introducing child sexual exploitation materials.
Posts assisting in using minors to produce sexual exploitation materials.
Posts providing pornography or sexual exploitation materials to minors.
Posts depicting the sale of sexual services by minors, or similar content.
Posts overly dehumanizing minors.

Ensuring Service Reliability and Safety

While pursuing personal benefit through the service is permitted, posts that abuse the service’s functions or conflict with its purpose may disrupt other users and hinder service delivery. Such posts will be restricted:

Posts created by automated means (e.g., programs, bots) without prior permission.
Posts unrelated to the purpose of each specific service.
Posts repeatedly advertising, promoting, or selling goods or services with identical or similar content, causing significant inconvenience to others.

Reporting and Restriction Procedures

We strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment and welcome your reports. If you discover any post that appears to violate laws, the Terms of Service, or this Content Creation Guide, please report it. We will carefully review and handle each report.
When reporting, please include:

A way to identify the specific post and your reasons for believing it should be restricted.
The understanding that the Company may act at any time if a violation is confirmed.
The awareness that a report may not result in restriction if the post does not clearly violate policies.
The possibility that newly discovered context or subsequent legal/administrative decisions could lead to restriction of a post previously reviewed.
The fact that, during review, we may also consider restricting the reporter’s account based on history, severity, and other factors.

If you fail to comply with laws, the Terms of Service, or this Content Creation Guide, the Company may review your actions and, depending on the outcome, issue warnings, temporarily or permanently restrict your service usage, or terminate your service contract if continued compliance is not feasible.
